Ingredients: – 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour – 1 package of puff pastry sheets, thawed according to package instructions – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and all-purpose flour. Toss until the apples are evenly coated. Set aside.

3 In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Cook the butter, swirling the pan occasionally, until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
